As a frequent diner, I always look forward to trying new restaurants and exploring diverse culinary experiences. Have been a frequent visitor to Anjappar in Tustin and have loved it. However, my recent visit to Anjappar sandiego left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that it may lead to improvements for future diners.

Upon arrival We were seated promptly, but that was the last prompt service we received for the evening. The location of our seating had poor ventilation was very noisy( bathroom and kitchen noises). The service was slow, and it took an inordinate amount of time for our server to take our order. When we finally had the opportunity to peruse the menu, we were informed that several items were unavailable. Unfortunately, this information was not conveyed to us in advance, leaving us with limited options.

When our food arrived, we were dismayed to find that the quality was subpar. It was immediately apparent that much of the food was not fresh, and several dishes were only partially cooked. The lack of attention to detail in the preparation of the dishes was evident, and it significantly impacted our overall dining experience.

We felt it was important to provide feedback to the restaurant staff, but our concerns were met with resistance. The host seemed to argue with us rather than take our feedback constructively. We were taken aback by the lack of professionalism and the unwillingness to address our concerns.

To add insult to injury, we were charged a gratuity despite the poor service we received. This felt like a slap in the face, especially considering the numerous issues we encountered throughout the evening.

In summary, our experience at Anjappar Sandiego was marred by slow and poor service, substandard food quality, and a lack of responsiveness to customer feedback. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Anjappar San Diego, and I must say that it left quite an impression on my taste buds. The star attractions of my meal were undoubtedly the Dosa and Aappam.

The Dosa, prepared to perfection, was a testament to the chef's skill. It was paper-thin, yet delightfully crispy on the outside, and had a wonderful softness on the inside. Dear Anjappar , I recently dined at your restaurant and would like to share my feedback.

1. I ordered the chicken lollipop and while the taste was good, I noticed that the use of food color was excessive.I would recommend reducing the amount of food color used in the chicken lollipop preparation. This will not only make it look more natural but also align with customers’ preferences for less artificial coloring.
2. I noticed that the wall paint in the restaurant was quite dark, which created a slightly dim ambiance.I would suggest considering a lighter shade for the wall paint, as it would help create a brighter and more welcoming environment for your customers.
3. I ordered the kuttu paratha, and while the taste was good and I personally felt that the salt content was lower than what I prefer. “I understand that taste preferences can vary, and what might be suitable for me may be perfectly fine for others who prefer a milder flavor.”
4. What impressed me the most was their willingness to assist and guide me in choosing the best items from their menu. The staff members took the time to explain their famous dishes and made excellent recommendations based on my taste .It greatly enhanced my overall dining experience.

Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience at Anjappar and I believe making these adjustments would further enhance the overall dining experience. Thank you
