You want food poisoning this is your place! Anyone wants to start a petition to shut this place down, as it is very much against health code regulations, get a hold of me. As if It were a buffet all the food was pre-made and they were trying to guide us to eat what was made in their display window. We don't go out very often as a family for dinner and my son wanted to treat me his first time. The sentiment was so so sweet, that's why I did not ask for a refund when I was there.
I ordered the teriyaki chicken and it was not in their display window a few hours before closing, one would think ample time to keep cooking, but I guess not. They brought me out gray looking meat floating in liquid. The vegetables were decent with the overcooked brown rice-- which took up 3/4 of the container, btw. It looked nothing like teriyaki chicken which left me to believe they just put things together and put sauce on it. The vegetables were good and the staff we're all polite. Unfortunately, we're not there for that but for a satisfying enjoyable food experience.
The owner heard me telling my son I was not hungry while I picked at the food and did offer me a replacement, pushing orange chicken. I told him I don't really eat fried food but he brought the orange chicken, still, which tasted like cardboard, unfortunately.
They seem like a lovely family so I don't know why they try to pass this inedible food on as a Chinese food establishment, making a mockery of Americans.
It was inedible I threw away everything except ate the vegetables. My toddler would not even eat the chow mein which was very old tasting.
I wish they would take pride in the cooking and not pre-make it. We will not be back and I hope they take this to heart because it is a homey little place but the food was what the worst I've tasted in any Chinese...

Read moreMy mother and I went to this place this afternoon and ordered a three-item combo plate with chow mein, Teriyaki Chicken, Broccoli Beef, and Orange Chicken, along with a bottle of Dr Pepper. My mom ordered the Broccoli Beef and some Steamed rice. The two ladies who were there were very nice and extremely helpful. I had a walker due to mobility issues, and one of them moved a chair to make it easier for me to find a place to sit.
The food was your typical fare for a place like this, and it was good food at a decent price. My meal cost me about $15 with the drink, give or take a dollar or two. The food was decent, though the Chow Mein noodles were drier than I would have liked, most likely because this is one of those places where they have all of the various dishes made up already in trays and under heat lamps, So none of it was made-to-order.
The parking situation is a bit crowded, though that is mostly a consequence of the parking lot being shared with every other business in operation in the strip mall, Costco, Lowes, Ikea, and the myriad of others. Though there were some 15-minute, and handicapped parking spots open at the time.
On the whole, if you are looking for a relatively inexpensive and quick bite to eat, I would wholeheartedly...
