Worst service ever. It was like we were an inconvenience. Employees rude, Argumentative not listening what's the point? Recommend going a little out of your way to another establishment. Asked for ice tea, no lemon received a brown cup of water with lemon. Asked for a cup of ice, then realized the lemon and watched our waitress leaning on the back counter talking to another employee while I'm still waiting for the cup of ice. When we first ordered we were wanting some strawberry shakes, we were told the only blender was broken, so I replied with, "Does that mean no smoothies? Oh yeah, that, too, was her response. Got the feeling she just didn't want to bother with making them. Keep in mind, counting my party of two, only three tables were occupied. I had to flag the waitress down while her and the other employee were occupied leaning and talking, in which the response was eye rolling and exhaustion, like a toddler being told no. I pointed out the lemon issue where her response was to get defensive and point to me that I didn't say no lemon. At this time, I said cancel our order, and we proceeded to leave. The waitress was relieved, back to the counter, to continue the ever important conversation. I know that it sucks to wait on people, so I suggest getting a different job that doesn't involve dealing with people, a morgue, or something underground. Read moreToday in the morning after a long drive to go to sea world we past by this dennys to have breakfast. It was my husband, my 2 kids and I. We ordered and everyone got there food except my son. Took an extra 5 minutes to get his food. Which Really extremly bothered me because we either get the kids food first or we get everones food at once when we go to a restaurant. He kept whining about when he is he going to get his food. Now it wasn't busy at this time (9 am).
Also I ordered the T-Bone Steak this steak literally had nooooo flavor. For a moment i though it was my taste buds acting up i had my husband and my daughter try it they both spit it out. It taste like meat with out season and not cooked like a medium done will look. I went to the bathroom and my husband told the manager at the time and all she did was take it out the bill. How does that fix the problem? All i ate was my broccoli and a couple bites of my mash potatoes. They took the food back thats it. They didn't come back with another dish or didnt offer me if I wanted to order something else from the menu. They didn't come talk to me like they should have. So i didn't get to eat breakfast. Ok so first thing's first; I love Denny's. It's my go-to spot for burgers or salads. However, this was a very bad experience, I didn't expect from them.
So I'm at work, and decide to order out for my lunch break. I ordered from "The Burger Den" on ubereats. If you're unfamiliar with this place, it's the spin-off of Denny's created during Covid that can only be found on food service apps. Anyways, I ordered the 'Spill My Bourbon' burger with SEASONED fries and a strawberry cheesecake milkshake.
The food arrived, and man- So I got wavy, unseasoned sad fries. Which is bad enough. But upon picking up the burger, I come to find out wasn't what I ordered at all. ( which I believe explains the fries. ) On top of that, the burger was dry. And although I didn't receive a straw, the saving grace was that milkshake crafted by the heavens itself. Which is why I'm rating 2 stars instead of one.
Please in the future, strive to be better. I understand that people make mistakes, but in entire order? I can't...
