I've been going to Filippi's Pizza for decades. I've always enjoyed going until this last trip. Maybe it was just this location? There were open seats so being too crowded wasn't the problem. We went last night for a family birthday get together. Everything went smoothly until we got the food. Salads first. Mine bowl was 1/2 filled with dressing . It as more like a soup with lettuce than a salad. Picture posted, soup is not an exaggeration. Next came the pasta meals that came out together. All those with pasta were done eating by the time the pizza came, which I had. The pizza was barely warm, but not hot at all. Felt like they were just sitting in the the back the whole time, even though wait staff said "pizzas take longer" when we finally asked about them. Never had that issue at other locations. Then came the bill. We didn't realize until later they not only charged our credit cards incorrectly but over charged us by quite a bit. We split the bill so didn't realize the trick they played. In summary, jury is out on if Filippi's is worth going to anymore. But, if you go, skip this location. Very subpar place now.

The pizza looks great, but it has way too much cheese, in my opinion. The crust was nice and fluffy, but a little bland. I ordered pepperoni, but it came under the mountain of cheese, so they weren't crispy or even all that warm. They also hardly put any pepps on the pie, I'm assuming because they're under the cheese so they can get away with skimping. It was fine enough, but I prefer my pizza more done with crispy toppings. I wouldn't go back. If you like super cheesy pie and fluffy crust, give it a go. (See photos for cheese pull action.) The wait staff was really friendly at this location. There was a bar or something having live music next door (heinously loud from the outside), but thankfully you couldn't really hear it once inside. !! There's a garden center next door, so be watchful of little bumblebees. I almost stepped on one heading back to the car with a hurt wing, and I moved it over to the flowers. Keep an eye out for our buzzing friends!

I hadn't been to any of the Filippi's in a couple of years. Boy was I happy that I went back. I arrived wanting the antipasto salad but was overwhelmed by the Delicious smells coming from within Filippi's. I changed my mind almost immediately. Opting for the Alfredo pasta with shrimp but still wanting an antipasto salad I asked our waiter, Bartolo, if they had small antipasto salads. He told me that they did not But then he told me that he would have one made for me. I also put an order in for the cheesey garlic toast and man was it Ever Delicious! So Great, accommodating service, Delicious Food, a Nice atmosphere, and a fair price. What's not to like? I will most definitely be back.

Lucy is rude and condescending. I called and asked if something I had accidentally left there had been located, she took my number and said she would call back, she seemed fake with her urgency and understanding of my situation, but I chalked it up to a bad day. I knew it was a longshot of finding these items, but she said she would look and reach back out. A week went by and I called again today and Lucy answered. Said they didn't find it and tagged it with her "sincere" apology "I'm sooo sorry" but her tone was flat and annoyed. I've been in customer service for over 10 years, and I was a server for 5. When I informed her that a week with no contact wasn't acceptable and told her she should reach out if it happens again (in regards to future customers) and she said "Hopefully this doesn't happen again with you." I will not be back to this location only because of this Lucy. And I told her as such. I know my lack of presence won't make a difference, but I truly hope the manager and owner take a second look at Lucy's work performance because her phone etiquette is atrocious.

For example, how to spin your screw up: I know I didn't reach out when I ordinarily stated, we have been busy with the (insert excuse: holidays/short staffed/etc), but I did search for your items and unfortunately we weren't able to locate the items. My apologies again for not reaching out sooner, I just wanted to make sure I asked everyone before I reached back out to you. [You could be lying through your teeth and this would still turn around a negative experience]

Or own up to the fact that you forgot: You know I did forget to reach back out, but we weren't able to locate those items. My sincerest apologies, I'll make sure to be more mindful about reaching back out when I say I will. I hope you have a great New Year. [Having the integrity to admit you messed up also turns around a negative experience]

I came here with my partner, my disabled mother, and my special needs brother. We were looking for something casual where we could have okay Italian food and pizza and relax and spend time together as a late mothers day celebration. We got here the person who showed us to our table was pleasant and the interior was cozy in that of a casual Italian restaurant. Our server is mostly what this review is about as unfortunately I couldn't bring myself to stay long enough for our food to arrive. Our server was incredibly rude, I wish I had his name but I didnt catch it. I would describe him as white, blonde pony tail with a short beard. I did my best to give him the benefit of the doubt when my partner wanted to leave initially but I tried to explain to them that we were likely confusing as my mom doesn't speak english and my brother isnt very verbal. The waiter had initially cut off my partner and ignored him, we hadn't finished ordering when the waiter was taking our menus. When he came back, we tried explaining we were wanting to order more and even get a bottle of wine. He cut me off, looked annoyed, made snarky comments, and the one that upset my family most was when we ordered a bottle of wine but only two glasses (at this point my partner was too upset to drink and so was I), he responded with "geez". I looked at my family and asked if we should leave and they all shook their heads yes and we left. With that waiter there, I would not...

I couldn't let today pass without giving a massive shoutout to our incredible server, Jakkii!

From the moment we walked in, her warm smile and infectious energy set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Jakkii's attention to detail and impeccable service elevated our meal to new heights, making us feel like VIPs every step of the way.

Not only did Jakkii go above and beyond to ensure our orders were perfect, but her genuine care and enthusiasm made us feel like cherished guests rather than just another table.

Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot-on, guiding us to the most delicious dishes we've ever tasted.

But it wasn't just Jakkii's professionalism that impressed us—it was her genuine passion for what she does.

Her dedication to making every moment special and her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. In a world where exceptional service can be hard to find, Jakkii stands out as a true gem.

Thank you, Jakkii, for making our dining experience one to remember. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for what you do are an...
