I drive by this taco truck frequently so I've been meaning to catch it sometime. I finally caught it one of these days and I tried their mini $1.50 tacos which actually ended up being pretty good. The truck itself is located behind the Best Buy in the parking lot and it's tucked away so it's a bit hard to see from the freeway. I think they take credit card but I'm not sure because I paid in cash. The people working there were super friendly and gave me recommendations and so I ended up just taking one of the recommendations.

Best fish tacos for the price I've had in San Diego! The sauce is very tasty, and the fish is nice and crispy. Brandon, the guy working in the front was very helpful with me choosing what to get. I believe this is a family-owned and run business that's why you can see the quality in their food. Will be back for more!

These were genuinely some the best tacos I've had in Mira Mesa. The portions are great, getting 2 tacos is like getting 4, and the price is more than doable for what you're getting. I'd 100% recommend. AND THEY HAVE TRIPA

Worst place to get street tacos! I rarely write reviews nowadays but I feel this one was needed, so I ordered 2 chicken tacos and they freaking deep fried my tortilla!!! For tacos?!!? Like wth???!!! You don't fry a tortilla for a taco, it has to be warmed up only, plain, no oil, no lard. So I was fine by it (initially) I get places don't put up a notice "we deep fry our tortilla tacos" my fix is to usually just ask for simple warmed up tortillas (straight up) well guess what they did? They gave me freaking oily tortillas again??!!! After I specifically requested plain tortillas a no brainier, not only that they wanted to charge a dollar for the tortillas for the tacos they messed up! The last drop was when I started scooping my chicken out of the taco (to finally eat it because I was hungry, no tortilla) I discovered they mix their chicken with pork!!??? Like seriously what's wrong with you? What if I'm deadly allergic to pork? Honestly at that point I was so upset I just tossed my tacos in the trash, went somewhere instead.

Seriously take your money somewhere else, they do not care about you, not your business, customer service was a lot to wish...
