Got a mixed BBQ lunch plate.

I was very hesitant and careful leaving this review.

First of all, the quality of the meat was very poor. Beef didn’t taste fresh, it was tough to chew on (lots of tendons), and seemed like the meat was re-used over several days. And had a funky after taste. Chicken felt like chewing on a rubber. Too salty.

Second, sauce basically covers all the flaws that would have been revealed without it.

Lastly, found human hair (long and wavy) in my food.

This is just my personal opinion— I tried this place in the span of couple months and the quality seemed to be degraded every time I try this place. Nothing like L&L off base. I guess being on-base means little to no competition amongst...

We went to order at 2:20pm on a Saturday. We were the only ones in line. It took 30 minutes to get our to go order. Other people got their order before us who ordered after. We only ordered a katsu bowl, korean chicken and a garlic shrimp plate for takeout.

Drove all the way home and the garlic shrimp was terribly prepared and nothing like I've been served at any of the other locations. The shrimp were unpeeled, not deveined and fried to a crisp. I have visited this place several times, but I was always disappointed by their service. They seemed to be behind schedule and unprepared to serve customers. The food quality was also poor and made me feel sick. I wonder if they used old or improperly cooked ingredients. I think the management should adjust the work hours to make the daily process smoother. This place is on a military base, so I expected a higher standard of work. I hope the management and corporate will intervene and fix the problems before this...
