Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Diego

I ordered the thin crust pepperoni pizza on the Little Caesars app. App said I'd Receive an email and a text when it was finished approximately 20 minutes later at 30 minutes and after arriving on site still no texture email no I went inside and they were obviously way behind there was nothing finished in App order area no names on the board . The person at the front counter just started asking people if there was anybody that ordered it though the app. If you did see asked for your name then she handed it to you. The pizza was cold... Obviously having been sitting awhile behind the counter and not passing through the app portal as to flag them for being slow and with corporate I'm sure Later in the app it showed that my pizza was done at 6:51 as promised when in reality it was Is 7:20 PM before I picked it up in the at the counter After giving her my name The Store is slow slower Slowest and trying to hide it from corporate by bypassing the final process with name on the board and the code in to get your pizza out of the...

I ordered onlinethe lunch combo, crazy bread, and the twix brownie dessert so that includes a deep dish pepperoni pizza and a 20 oz soda for the combo. The pizza was burned I was not offered any marinara sauce for the crazy bread and no way to order that from the app they forgot the twix brownie dessert. When I called to mention these things they just put me on hold over and over and over I eventually had to threaten the lady on the phone saying I will dispute it with my bank that you just provide garbage and then you expect me to eat it. While yes I know the normal thing to do would be to go back and make them remake everything and make sure everything's there. The only problem is I driven more than 17 miles away at that point. That I would have spent more gas going back to get things corrected then just being refunded my money. If you order from this place just make sure everything's there and check it before you leave to make sure it's all there...

This place must hire the fired Taco Bell employees because despite the owner (manager?) standing right there installing window stickers there was nothing being done, some guy in back was slowly cutting a deep dish for somebody who wasn't there during my ten minutes. I've always hated this place but came here because the kids like the cheap pizza that's usually available from the warming oven. Well not tonight, at least not for me! Other customers come and go and it turns out I've waited ten minutes (bread wasn't done but I was) for one order of crazy bread to go with my two pizzas which were also nowhere to be seen, didn't say that up front or I wouldn't have ordered the stupid bread. Asked for a refund on the entire order and left for the last time, there's better options for carry out pizza where you don't have to deal with the DMV style patrons or...
