Well first and foremost I usually go to this one on a regular basis and never have any issues. This time was the most messed up experience I’ve had here. I ordered food, but when it came time to pay I user my card I’ve been using all day to pay. I first tapped it was declined. I used the chip way twice and was declined. So I was ok maybe the card isn’t working. So I used another card and tgat was declined. So I used another card and tgat was declined. So I had said to the cashier there is something wrong with your machine and he like looked at me with a face of discuss and distane and said no it’s not. Previously one person had the same issue.
So luckily I had cash. So I proceeded to go outside to call my banks and there were no issues with my cards. There were not declinations in their systems.
As I was looking inside on the phone to see if it happened to others luckily that guys went through. So the cashier looked at me as I was looking inside and he proceeded with a look of I told you so. Then the very next person that paid it happened to them also a declination. The second time it went through.
Long story short I complained to the manager about the cashier about having him keep his looks and opinions to himself. Manager said she would address it, but I doubt it. She just wanted to get rid of me. She said this order is on me and your next order will be 20% off.
I still paid for it no refund when she said this meal is on us. Also no way to price the 29% off for next visit.
So if you do go to this place be weary and don’t let the cashier look at you with distain when and if your card gets declined for no apparent reason. In their eyes...

I go inside and there is a what looks like a teenage supervisor or lead . She has these ridiculously large eyelashes 👁️! I come in and say hello …. She still doesn’t turn around. I ask her “ sorry to bother you, but may I please use the bathroom?”
She turns and looks me UP and DOWN ( as if in slow motion) then says “ that depends, are you purchasing or picking up?” I advised her I was picking up a purchase. She turns around and mumbles the code. When I come out she says “ are you ready?” I said “yes” but before I can get a word out she turns and says “ she will help you.”
I said “oooooook” ! The other young lady was perfectly pleasant. I asked if the restrooms were only for paying customers. She said “wellllllll no, we have a lot of problems with people messing up the bathrooms. Then the customers at MO’s come over just to use the bathroom here but don’t buy anything. It just causes us problems.”
I told her “ i totally get it, I see what is going on outside of here. It’s not that I have an issue with the information given….. it was just the condescending manner it was presented to me.” I thanked her for the further explanation and to have a great rest of her day.
Look guys it’s not always the “content” of a message it all in the “delivery.”
Now I have to find another Luna Grill to give my hard earned money to. I hope your experience is better than mine was.

Read moreI'm just coming back home from this Luna Grill on University avenue and I have absolutely nothing good to say about it! As I entered the place, I realized that there were kitchen staff who were working without wearing mask! It is so disgusting to see that people are entering this place with masks while THEIR STAFF are preparing OUR food without wearing masks! I ordered their most expensive lamb kabob and my food came in a flimsy plastic plate with plastic utensils and no spoon. Is this a new norm because of Covid?!! It looks like they have found an easy excuse not to wash plates! Imagine going for a dine in and spend the price of three meals elsewhere, but then, eat your food in plastic?!! Then, I asked for a spoon, and ... needless to mention, nobody brought me a spoon AT ALL, THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED CUSTOMER'S REQUEST! So, while silver spoons were hanging off the ceiling as decorative items (!!!) I ate my rice with plastic fork and my yogurt with plastic knife!!! The food itself was absolutely TERRIBLE. I cannot imagine what a poorly cooked kabob and old vegetables I had for the amount of money that I paid these guys. Finally, their staff are ANYTHING BUT FRIENDLY. You have to look for whatever you need! One of their staff was really annoying and rude to me which I'm not going through details, but I can ASSURE the management of this place that this was IN FACT MY VERY LAST VISIT TO THIS AND ANY OTHER LUNA GRILL.
