My experience today was great. My food was hot and made right with my special request. I was able to enjoy my meal and get a few things accomplished online is one the free WiFi offered (THANK YOU)
On the other hand there was a customer that was not happy with the way he expressed the bathroom was left. He started yelling at the manager Anh. At first, I thought of just minding my business but he kept going on and the yelling was irritating. So I intervened and then the customer and I were getting into it. I didn't care for the way he was acting towards the manager. He was beyond a JERK (THE CUSTOMER) he even had the nerve to ask for a free meal. Not sure if he was charged, but he eventually left.
I started my 1st tax paying J.O.B. with McDonald's. I am always going to be on McDonald's side, even when they get my order wrong. We all make mistakes.
The environment at this location is welcoming and that negative person needed someone to argue with, so I let him have it. Whatever, tell me it's none of my business, but your yelling at someone and everyone around knows that it's not that person's fault that you now want to yell at them for something they didn't do, or were aware of. All the guy had to so was inform the manager of the situation. Not make it seem like it was the manager who took a dump and missed the crapper. Damn jerk. I had to let him have it. YES, I CURSED AT HIM. HE DESERVED IT AND MORE. IF I HAD A SUPER POWER, IT WOULD BE FOR PEOPLE TO SEE HOW THEY ARE ACTING AND SEE IF THEY REALLY LIKED HOW PEOPLE TREATED THEM IF THEY WERE TREATED IN THE SAME MANNER.
I have focused on spreading as much love as possible, but some people don't know how to accept a kind gesture.
As I was leaving, the manager asked if I would like anything.? I didn't accept anything, but I will return. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I look forward to returning. I also had great conversations with some of the regular customers. I'm appreciative of the kindness of the management and crew of this location! 😁😁😁🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😁😁😁

Read moreI had an unexpectedly outstanding experience at my local McDonald's last night that truly took me by surprise. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this location takes great pride in its atmosphere. The restaurant was impeccably clean, with thoughtfully designed décor that made it feel fresh and welcoming—something you don’t often associate with fast food.
But what truly stood out was the level of service. The gentleman behind the counter was a shining example of professionalism and courtesy. He greeted me with a genuine smile, spoke clearly, and worked with impressive efficiency. It was evident that he was not just going through the motions but truly invested in making sure my experience was a positive one. His attention to detail and the way he managed the line was exceptional—everything from taking my order to handing me my food was seamless.
Even more impressive was how well I could see into the kitchen area—everything was organized, and the staff appeared to be working in sync, ensuring quality and cleanliness were maintained throughout. It's clear that management has created a culture of care here, where employees are encouraged to take pride in their work.
The experience as a whole made me feel like I was being treated not just as a customer, but as a guest. If this level of service is anything to go by, I would not be surprised if this McDonald's sets a new standard in customer service within the fast food industry. Kudos to the team, and especially to the gentleman at the front counter—he is an absolute asset to this location and, without a doubt, deserves recognition for his outstanding performance.
I will be back for sure, and I hope others experience the same top-tier...
Read moreI don't usually go to places like this expecting much to start, but, I was in the area & I let my friend pick. I came through here around 5:30p last Sat. Only car in the drive-thru at the time. The staff did not have time for me that day though. I ordered fries & chicken nuggets & a lrg coke (we share). I guess I shouldn't have asked for water too. Or my receipt. Her heavy sighs & eye rolls were clear. It was not what she wanted to do at the moment. The food was cold & soggy & the coke? FLAT. So I wonder how long that food was under a lamp? We didn't finish any of it because - why waste the calories on yucky?
For ambiance, I we were treated to the view of 3 police SUV's taking custody of 2 toddlers from their mother that was intoxicated - maybe that was...
