(see pic to view hair in pizza ew!) We went to sbarro for our weekly pizza night and ended up going somewhere else after. Cashiers with nasty attitude and horrible quality food. We were helped by cashier “Valeria” who was the opposite of kind, while ordering she kept saying “what?” to the point where I repeated my order about 4 times and she seemed upset when I made my voice louder. She caught a bigger attitude than she already had and seemed angry as if she did not want to help me. It’s the little things that count when you eat out, all I got was flat soda with no ice and nasty food. I don’t have high expectations when getting food court pizza, but standards are a thing. Our pizza was nasty, cold and had a big hair on it!! I informed Valeria and she just gave me a blank stare as if she was incompetent. She just seemed so angry that when we said something she sighed out loud. The hair in the slice was enough to get me mad but this was next level. She ended up offering a refund as long as i Threw the food away, in which I happily did. We were more pleased with little cesar’s than this stuff. Save your time and skip Sbarros, especially if ‘Valeria’ is working!!

I don’t like writing bad reviews and normally this place is pretty good if you order in person but today I used their online order and nothing went right. They didn’t see my order until I walked in and told them. It took 10 minutes to make it however it wasn’t made to the online specifications and then the lady at the counter told me after I showed her what was listed on the pizza that “that isn’t how it is made any more”. This pizza pictured in the box is what I was handed. Only tomatoes, red onion and spinach on it. I’m 5 months pregnant and I bought it for my work team and didn’t have the energy to argue with her. But I’m highly disappointed in the interaction by far. The rest of it could have been an easy solution but telling me that the pizza doesn’t come like that when those are the listed ingredients is ridiculous.

Just stopped by to pick up a slice of pizza that I had from the free pizza on my birthday, and was very impressed by the variety here. I remember they only had pizza options back when I was in high school and I haven't been here for years. Lots of progress for sure. Ended up taking the Hawaiian pizza since I've never had one before. Very intrigued by the sweet and savory combination here that I actually quite enjoyed it. Had it a few days later and just heated it up on the stove to get the crust crispy. It was still so good! Good ratio of toppings to base as well. And also very big slice!

I went to the SBARROS in the fashion valley mall in San Diego and boy let me tell you this has to be the worst pizza I have ever tasted. To start you get a lake of oil on every single slice, dabbing the oil off just soaks the towel instead of taking off the oil. Not to mention their tomato sauce, it’s the most watery sauce I’ve ever tasted. After some time it soaks it into the crust and gives it this disgusting taste. It was like the tomato sauce was just tomato juice there was chucks of tomato still in it and all. Second, (or third, whatever) the cheese, it was sliding off the pizza, thanks to the watery sauce. Here’s a tip, DONT LEAVE THIS PIZZA FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. When it cools it’s just NASTY, so I recommend just getting one slice and not the whole pie. Service was lackluster, it was almost like we were forgotten. We asked for a whole pie and it took more than 20 minutes to get our pizza. I wouldn’t be mad at this IF THEY HADN’T SAID THAT IT WOULD TAKE ONLY 5 MINUTES. So, don’t order a pie, get a combo. It was nasty, I wasn’t even reaching for another slice. If you want to taste a pizza that is actually GOOD then I...
