Bring a snow jacket and an extended battery for all your electronics! If you want frostbite, come here- this is literally the coldest starbucks I've ever been to. It's the closest one to my house so I like to come here and study... however I literally can't stay for more than 15 mins without turning into a vanilla Frappuccino! Even if it's 90 outside, by the time I order I wish I'd gotten a hot drink just to pour over my body to stop shivering! Today, there was an older lady sitting across from me LITERALLY chattering her teeth while she was knitting her blue scarf! Waiting for my drink, I noticed so many other customers mentioning to the staff how cold it was as well. Also, there are hardly any outlets for computers. If you don't get that magic table next to the outlet... You're out of luck. With the freezing temperature and the few places to plug in, definitely seems like this place was designed to get you in and out as quickly as possible. That being said, the barista's are incredibly kind and said they don't have control over changing the temperature. I'm sure someone does though, please turn it up...
Read moreStarbucks is not gourmet to begin with, but with it being a chain and recipes to follow, consistency is at the very least expected. This has to be the absolute worst location for quality and consistency. The service and workers are sweet and kind but the quality of beverages, ice to bev ratio, the way they slam the window before a question can be asked that's probably due to the volume of customers, more than likely not personal it just doesn't make for approachability
A standard cold brew left nothing to be desired, a black iced tea would've been more bold. Simply put, lack of quality control.
It is near my doctor's office, so for the sake of convenience I have stopped by. On each occasion, the beverage is watery. I try ordering something different each time to not be left disappointed but no luck. Again kind workers, it's just horrible consistency and...

I should have said something when I grabbed the coffee and felt the weight but I didn't. However it is frustrating that when asking for a coffee away of my normal stores I have to recite the Bible in order to get what I want. A venti white chocolate mocha, 3 pumps only, yes whipped cream, no foam... Not even when one gets married one have to talk so much... Anyway... That on a side: the store is nice, the parking is big so I don't understand other negative reviews about the parking, there's more than a hundred all over. But please next time just fill the Venti up to the top. A coffee is my...
