8/26/23 I ordered 2 sandwiches in the morning online to be picked up between 1215-1245. When my brother got there the order was not ready and one of the ladies responded 10 more minutes. After 10 minutes 3 customers were served and 1 picking up their online order. My brother was told there was no more lettuce to make a bowl and the meatball warmer was empty. When in fact, she was putting lettuce on the sandwiches she was making. The short lady wearing a shirt that was labeled the boss on the back was extremely rude and irate. My brother asked if I can get a credit then that's when she started slamming the bread trays into the proofer and slamming pots. Customers were looking and one responded this is how this store is. This is how they treat their customers. If I was there it would have been on YouTube that moment. That was the last time ordered from that Subway and putting this place on serious blast through social network...word of mouth networking will always flourish. What a horrible nasty place and disrespectful workers. These workers with no etiquette! Also, the sandwiches were made after 30 minutes. Just to be safe in case they did something to the sandwiches with my brothers back turned...it was donated. Subway management, you need to watch your employees. I suggest dropping in without notice. Is this how you train your employees?? They are representing the Subway franchise. Sorry, but it's all about Jersey Mikes and all the other deli places. Bye bye Subway!!!    Read moreHorrible customer service! There is a lady in there that looks like she doesnât want to be there! Her attitude was very awful. She also had a negative face the whole time. This lady doesnât need to work there if she hates her life. I also had to go back in because the lady forgot to give me the second order of cookies I ordered. She looked at the receipt and thought it was a fake receipt so she looked it up on her touch screen device and she ended up being in the wrong. This lady needs to learn to be polite and respect others. You never know what someone could be going through. I will never be coming back here ever again. I hope she finds a new job!    Read moreThe worst experience I have ever had in any food establishment ever. Leslie and Maggie were impressively slow. Im honestly not sure how they could have gone any slower. We were the only people in the store and it took them 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and a salad bowl. And they got our orders wrong too but we were desperate. They didnât even know what the names of the bread on their menu were. I donât know if more training was needed or what but when you go to a fast food restaurant you expect it to be fast.
