My first time to eat here was in June 2024 with my sister before her first chemo treatment. We decided to have breakfast here after my nite shift work. We both liked the foods we ordered and told each other that we will come back. Today Oct 5,2024 after what my sister have been thru, not seeing each other for a long time and after working nite shift for me, we decided to meet and have breakfast here again. Like the first time we were the first customers, excited to see each other, excited for the foods and having a lot to talk about we started to put in our orders. To start with I ordered ice coffee which was handed as just coffee with ice no milk or creamer. I had to stand up and mix my drink for myself. Then our foods followed, again me and my sister were satisfied. While eating we’re also talking, catching up for all that we missed. We weren’t hurrying up but as we were talking about her treatment, her journey and how she and husband fought life coz husband got sick also same time as her, there’s this lady server coming to our table saying she might have to split the 2 tables where we were seating. We were surprised coz there’s other tables and chairs still empty and we looked by the door to check if there’s people waiting but there’s none. Our head turned to where the other workers where and they looked like they were laughing and I have a feeling that it was for us as if they’re saying “ its time for you guys to go.” If they say its not…well that’s how they made us feel. Plus the time we got up from our table, they went right away to clean our table but no one is waiting to be seated. They ruin what started as a beautiful day, I found it so rude when that lady server approached our table and told us that. Because of this, not sure if we’ll be coming back again. For the owner, I hope you read this and tell your workers to be sensitive to people’s feelings coz you never know who is having a good day...
Read moreWelcome to our Neighborhood Swamis and nice to meet you Devin. Your staff was great and felt so comfortable and Food was nothing short of expectation.
The atmosphere was so open, and it was nice on a sunny Sunday. The place was kept so nice and clean. We went there and entered our name and reserved table for 4, the wait was 15 min. While we waited, they had coffee and ice cold infused water for ppl waiting outside, it’s a nice courtesy on a hot day, your got a brownie point there. We were welcomed with a wide smile and friendliness was evident. We ordered the following, Fish Burrito and I asked them to have the cilantro sauce on the side. The burrito was wrapped with in a wrap not a tortilla, so be prepared for that. It had lot of fish with red cabbage and black bean. The cilantro sauce was great too. Also, we got Potato Scramble burrito, it came with Eggs, Potato, Onion, mixed cheddar cheese with sour cream. It came with fruits on side. Added Jalapeno in my scramble. It had potato wedges in the burrito, and it was tasty. And Jalapeno made it taste much better. The size was perfect for a meal. Not heavy nor too cheesy.
For my 8-year-old from Kids menus, ordered Garden Burger with real beef added instead of veggie patty. My 8-year-old wants to write the review on his own words… here we go. “I ordered a Garden Burger from kid’s menu and chips, salsa and pickle. In the Burger the patty was very juicy, and all the three cheeses melted together it had very good taste. I dipped my Burger into Cilantro sauce. The chips weren’t to salty and the salsa was perfect. Nothing was bad and nothing was good it was awesome!!! “ Altogether our family had a great time and we will be going there soon, mostly for a...
Read moreOne star is my emotional rating so I'm going to go with two and here is why.
Food wasn't too exciting service was average. Came in on Monday for lunch, restaurant was pretty full.
28 min to get food. Table next to us came in after us and had food before us because waiter didn't know who was seated first. Not our problem.
Medium rare steak was medium
Pancakes burned
Burrito was not with tortilla but with a wrap. So it was a breakfast wrap and not a burrito
Manager had day off.
So added up was a less desirable experience.
Note to owner: new business in del sur will get a lot of traffic at the beginning. Everyone in neighborhood wants to try and continue to support local. If manager has days off and attention to detail is lost from the get go, you can't sustain without locals. There isn't enough outside traffic to...
