This was an absolutely horrendous experience. I came in on my lunch break for a sandwich and iced tea. Purchased a regular tuna sub on wheat with tomatoes, red onion, spinach, pickles and mustard.
Upgraded to large drink and chips.
Went to the soda fountain and it was out of order. I was only informed of this by other customers NOT A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER said anything.
I calmly (at first) just asked for a refund. Literally after asking 15 minutes and 4 associates no one could help me. No one apologized no one did anything but stutter through their words and chat amongst each other. I asked even just for the cash back and they could figure it out later.
I was even asked to come back later to fix, again minutes ticking away on my lunch. I mentioned it numerous times even still wearing my work ID.
Finally a 5th associate comes up again no apologizes but does offer a cooler drink which I’m not interested in. She refunds it without issue.
Multiple customers in line at this point. All asking why I can’t be helped or even alternative solutions. Non of them were greeted including a mother and daughter who out loud numerous times said they had never been here and werent sure what to do. They finally asked me how it worked.
Still staff isn’t informing anyone the machine isn’t working.
No apologies.
20 minutes into my lunch break I finally leave. Head to Starbucks for tea open my sandwich and to put the cherry on top of all of this they messed up my simple order.
Tuna- spinach, tomato, pickles, mustard, red onion somehow turned into tuna, peppercinis, tomato, lettuce, deep fried onions and covered in some sauce.
So although I work in the shopping center and have been here many times I will not be returning and will share on all social Media outlets this completely embarrassing situation.

Read moreI was so excited to come to Which Wich since it had been a while. Unfortunately, I ended up highly disappointed! If you have children and don't like being lied to DO NOT eat here. Customer service was less than par from the start but I was like it's ok they are all young employees who just need to work on people skills. Ordered kids meals for my kids. Spent $50 on sandwiches for the whole family. When they were done eating we asked about "the special treat" advertised that comes with the kids meal, which we paid for. I was told they were all out of the special treat. I asked if they could simply substitute a cookie. The girl said they were all out. Ok. A little while later an employee comes out eating fresh baked cookies. I don't care that my kids didn't get a treat, I do care about being lied to and not told upfront that I would not be getting what I paid for. Then my 3 year old had an emergency need to use the restroom. Once again disappointed as they told me she couldn't use the restroom because of Covid. I get there are rules but this company can take your money , serve your food without allowing you to wash your own hands before eating, and allow customers to refill their drinks at a public beverage fountain, and yet prefer that a toddler pees on their floor where they serve food. Read moreI wanted so badly to give 5 stars! We traveled kinda far because the location near us closed. Sadly my craving was left unfulfilled.
A few ingredients were left out (we paid for avocado and didn't get any) and we're not confrontational so we just dealt with it. The sandwiches need to be made with more love, I'm not sure how else to say it. The fries were delicious though!
And why can't we just sort of "build your own"? I suppose some meats are more expensive but I'm willing to pay the extra cost. We'll definitely try it again, I'm sure, but it was just a bit of a let down this time. I'll edit in the future if/when we give them...
