I was here today to pickup a reservation. Reserved a holiday family feast over the phone a couple days ago. I waited in a long line for about a 45 minutes, which wasn’t bad. I got to the counter, Clerk #3 (on my receipt) helped me with my reservation. Unfortunately, I think she’s a new hire and didn’t know the products too well. I was told over the phone that the meal came with 4 sides. The flyer inside the store said the same which also illustrated three combos you can choose from. The combos came with four sides. Unfortunately, when I got to the counter, the only sides that were left were the yams and ambrosia. I told Clerk #3 that I’d take two yams and two ambrosias. She responded that the deal only came with three sides. Surprised, I went with it and left with three sides as it was busy and didn’t want to hold up the line. When I got home, I chose to immediately call the store and informed them of my experience. They told me I can come back to the store and get another ambrosia as it was the only side left. I declined as I did not live in the neighborhood and did not want to deal with traffic just for one side. I had 50 dollars in gift cards which I planned on purchasing a homey baked ham with. They would not honor them! They are valid and they could have check on them if they made a phone call but they did not care even enough to try. So I will have no ham for my Easter dinner, Will not have a dinner because I do not have the funds to buy something else. They refused to refund my money and would not sell me a ham because the credit was down. This is a Franchise store and East Coast headquarter said that all the stores in California are franchised out. I called them and they have not returned my calls after 3 days. This point all I want is my money back. They ruined my holiday for sure. Their ham is expensive and then to offer no customer service and have high prices makes them a rip off. Read moreFor Thanksgiving this year my dad wanted us to get a HoneyBaked Ham for Thanksgiving dinner. Knowing this we made our order 2 weeks ahead. When that day came to pick up we came at 10:00 a.m. and found a long line of about 100 people. We've done this before so we knew it was going to be a wait but it was worth it for the family. It took us about a 2 hour wait for us to get to the front of the line. The staff here are very nice and patient with everyone even though it was full of people everywhere. Once we reach the front it was about a 15 minute wait to get our complete order. Mission accomplished. Thanksgiving is awesome this year with this HoneyBaked Ham because my dad just loves it.
