I really want to give this place 5 starts because the food is unbelievably good, so all 3 are for the food BUT the service I got yesterday, Wednesday, was beyond unbelievable that I have to complain!! The girl at the counter, who I later asked and was told her name is Carmen, she should not be working a counter when her phone is obviously more important than the customers waiting to be helped!! She’s incredibly RUDE and only seemed to want to help the males in line flirting like she’s hot but she’s not and after she helped 1 damn person she then went straight back on her phone get over yourself girl you look washed up and we’re all here in line WAITING to eat not for you to go off to the side to check your phone laughing like it’s the funniest thing you’ve ever read! Management should really watch this and ban phones if their employees are constantly on them like this girl was the whole time we were there, I watched her cuz she pissed me off! I also saw they have other locations so I’ll be trying those out because as long as that Carmen girl is there I’ll no longer be their customer! Better service at other places than to have to compete with a cashier’s phone!! I hate that!!! SO RUDE!!!!!
