Well it was our first time trying this place. We walked in, its tiny inside and few tables outside. It was pretty awkard when we walked in we were just standing there and the waitress keeps walking by us but doesn't say a word. So finally I say can we sit here she says yeah go head . Not even the word Yes she said yeah. Then we sat there for 15 min she walks up to our table with two menu's hands them to us,.and then she says are you ready to order. I felt like i was in the twilight zone are you serious I have never been here and you just handed us the menus, we haven't even opened them. The she seems to be annoyed. Anyways we order and my boyfriend's order come out. I'm waiting and waiting and waiting nothing. It's like she forgot to put my order in. By now my boyfriend is done eating his dinner cause if he waits his dinner would get cold. I am beyong mad I finally say, can I please have my food to go. She then apologises and says we make everything fresh. I may not own or run a restaurant but here are 5 basic requirements I believe are pretty simple to follow. Greet your customers as they walk in, good Afternoon or good evening. How many in your party. Let me see if i have a table available. As you seat them have the menu's in your hand and.give it to them as they sit down. Ask ask if they want drinks. As the order goes back to the cooks finish the orders together per table don't get side tracked abd start making other tables orders. This way everyone one on the table gets there food at the same time. If for whatever reason resturant is crazy busy have someone on the floor checking tables making sure customers are happy cause if someone would have been on the floor the would see how crazy the orders come out insane. Last if you know your customers are upset offer something to make up for your inexperience in running a dam resturant or hire an experienced manager that has some customer service skills.

All the food was spicy which I look for when I order mariscos, especially aguachiles and they were spicy for sure. It's really hard to find spicy aguachiles. After talking to the waiter he said the red sauce is even spicier, next time I go I will order those. I will definitely go back for sure. The service was really great.
