Visited yesterday for lunch.. My guest and I got the Ropa Vieja (lunch), the Ox tail, 2 mojitos, empanadas, and a side of plantain strips. Service was great and staff was very nice. The empanadas were piping hot. However, the rest of our food was a little cold when it came out. Drinks were delicious though!

This place is taking the reputation of the old restaurant. It's not Cuban and they have none of those dishes Google maps recommends. It's a Californian Mediterranean kabob shop with toum that's half yogurt. I was looking for Cuban food but it's been gone for years I guess.

The food is the closest to having a Cuban home cooked meal I have had in years! It is truly on of the best restaurants around this area. If you haven't been, drop everything, even your first born child, and go! And the drinks are amazing! AND the service is great!!!!

I went to this place as a recommendation from a family member, they had praised the food and the live salsa music. The place is small with patio seating only, the food was ok, small portions, and did not agree with my stomach and others at our party. The drinks were terrible, sweet, and no alcohol. The service started well but our waitress was enjoying the live band more than taking care of us. The music was not salsa music, it sounded more like a low-rider club sound. The kicker was once the bill arrived, for some reason they couldn't reconcile the tab, overcharged us, and kept changing the amounts higher than the initial amount without an explanation. It is too bad, drove a long way to be disappointed after, this is a place I would not be...

My mother and I sat at their tables, outside, for over a half hour waiting to be greeted and served a menu. We were laughed at and scolded by their young, female employees (whom wear crop tops as a uniform and have their hair down which is against health regulations) sitting on the patio texting, for taking photos of my mother; we were wasting time while we waited for a waitress to come to our table. After another customer came in, and was immediately greeted in Spanish as well as waited on, we realized the potential reason we were ignored was due to the fact we were not hispanic. So, we left. Luckily we did not face the same treatment at Papa...

I visited Grill Stories today for the first time and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the beef shish plate and the pork loin plate, and both were absolutely delicious — perfectly grilled, flavorful, and served hot. The side sauces really stood out too — they added just the right kick and complemented the meats beautifully. On top of the great food, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. You can tell they really care about their food and their guests. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality grilled dishes and a warm, inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be...
