Charlie's Cafe — Restaurant in San Francisco

The owner’s personality and attitude is fake to his customers. He’s not good a man! He’s very clever, mean and cheap person! His son hit my car a couple of months ago. When I met and talked to him he said he’ll take care of it and pay out of his pocket without involving the insurance and gave false information to gieco. After all, he’s running away like a chicken now, doesn’t respond when we call him and doesn’t show up to his cafe when we go.. Anyways, when we went there to eat for the first time the sandwich was with old ingredients and tasted awful with cold coffee... I wouldn’t eat there and wouldn’t be friends with such kind of mean and cheap person!!! May god punish you and all bad things come to your life because you promised to pay out of your pocket demaging my car and giving false information to the gieco insurance!!! Great food and even better people. Charlie’s cafe is family run and community central. The owners knows every single regular and is often having meaningful conversation with them sometimes along side his son or other family members.

I can’t tell you how many times they gotten me out of a pinch when the laundry mat next store has a broken coin machine or just eats my money. This morning that exactly happened and they gave me cash back(even though they don’t formally support that) I went to get my laundry started and the woman working there walk my sandwich over to me in the next building!

Nice and friendly neighborhood cafe at Bernal Heights. Makes you feel at home every time. This is a great cafe for both families and singles, almost like a community center. They have also books and toys for kids. Open until late afternoon. Large parklet in addition to the indoor seating. It's a cool place to have breakfast, lunch, or just coffee.
