Dad's Kimchi is THE BEST!!! I don't even like kimchi but this may have turned me over. The flavors were bursting and melting in my mouth while Mr. Dad is singlehandedly the kindest person I have ever met!! A woman nearby started choking on a neighboring food stand's LOSER kimchi and Mr. Dad stepped up right away and performed the Heimlich maneuver on this poor defenseless woman and saved her life.
