Another Tuesday (6/17) Giants home game and another food truck to try at Spark Social! Today’s adventure was Firetrail Pizza! I got the pizza of the day Prosciutto Arugula - the menu shows what’s on it - I wasn’t sure what to expect, when I got it I was like okay that’s a lot of arugula, I needed a fork to help pull the slice out and reload it but it was very well balanced. The lemon dressing was definitely flavorful, the parmesean was really good, paired well with the prosciutto, just wish there was more meat. I ate a slice and took the rest into the game. My buddy got the bbq chicken he ate it all on one sitting. I tried a piece of chicken and it was tasty. I will say, it travelled surprisingly well, I took Bart home and the box was sideways in my purse, but when I got home and opened the box it was in near perfect condition and I ate my leftovers the next day (removed the arugula before reheating obviously) My total (with Diet Coke) was $25.61 (with small tip). I feel it was more expensive than expected for what I got, but hey, cost of big city food and, however I could have got a slice of Tony’s in the ballpark for cheaper but wouldn’t have had leftovers.

Firetrail Pizza: A Blazing Success at SPARK Social Firetrail Pizza, nestled within the vibrant SPARK Social food truck park in Mission Bay, San Francisco, has quickly become a local favorite. Their wood-fired pizzas, crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, deliver a flavorful punch that's hard to beat. What to Expect: * Authentic Napoletna-style: The pizzas are cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, resulting in a crispy crust with a chewy center. * Casual Atmosphere: The food truck park setting provides a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience, perfect for a casual outing with friends or family. Must-Try: * The Sun dried and BBQ chicken that we tried were delicious Their other offerings are great too - * The Meat Lover: A pizza piled high with your favorite meats, perfect for carnivores. * The Vegetarian: A flavorful medley of roasted vegetables and cheese. Overall: Firetrail Pizza is a must-visit for anyone seeking a delicious and satisfying meal in Mission Bay. With its exceptional quality, flavorful toppings, and inviting atmosphere, it's no wonder why this spot has become a local gem.

UPDATE: Business apologized and fully refunded my purchase. I had a frustrating experience with the customer service at the restaurant. I made a mistake while placing my order online, accidentally selecting "cheese 14" instead of "four cheeses 14". I tried calling multiple times to rectify the error, but no one answered my calls. Realizing my mistake within just 2 minutes, I immediately called them (made 20 calls which was left not answered), I went to the restaurant to request a change. However, the staff member I encountered responded rudely, refusing to remake the order and insisting that it had already been prepared. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering that my family and I have been loyal customers at this location since it opened. We were even willing to pay for the mistake, but the way the staff member handled the situation felt disrespectful and left us with a negative impression. Sadly we end up throwing two 14” pizzas …. Veeeery disappointed
