First the good; friendly staff, good price and great tasting food. What you get is great value, so no problems there. It can be better though; the user interface is really confusing. It's not intuitive, it's hard to add, remove and substitue ingredients. I had no idea how the "slots" worked and I really didn't want to spend 5 minutes figuring it out. Second, 6-7 minutes wait for a dish is a little too long, especially since there was no one else in line. Needs to be faster or tell me beforehand how long the wait will be, a human can assemble the same dish in a minute. Look at senor sisig next door. We had to wait a little over an hour because there was so much demand. They were offering free food for the day to celebrate their grand opening!
Workers did a great job informing people about the wait. When you order, there's a QR code to scan that allows you to track your order.
The falafel and chicken plate was very tasty. Good mixture with tumeric rice, pickled onions, and other delicious sides (yams were excellent 👍).
We also ordered a custom bowl with lamb 🐑 that was delicious too. The red sauce available was superb on everything! 😋
