Golden 1 Credit Union - Mission Bay — Local services in San Francisco

I’ve been a customer at Golden 1 Credit Union for more than three years and have found the entire staff, including the folks at this location, to be completely professional, above board and wonderfully helpful.

Their new location on 3rd Street close to 16th Street in Mission Bay is a great location. Construction was terrible for while as workers built the new Warriors complex but that has cleared up a lot.

Miami Clark’s review was based on the construction which is over for most part. LW’s review stated they closed at 2 on Saturdays, then she said she hated Google Maps. The map overview of the CU shows they close at 2 on Saturday. Both reviews should come down.

Needed a cashier’s check because I was out of checks, and out of town. This credit union has a partnership with Southern CA Credit Union. I got to Golden 1 a few minutes early. The doors opened promptly at 10. My teller’s name was Donna. She was very courteous and greeted me warmly. I didn’t have my account number, and she was very patient while I called my credit union to obtain the number, and placed a paper and pen in front of me, right when I needed it. After I requested my check(for deposit and rent) she determined I was new to the area, and extended a nice welcome. Thank you, Donna!
