A new opening in Mission Bay - I waited two weeks to try it so I could leave a review without so much hype around it. I got the soft serve with upside down ahboong, and I thought the price ($6.95) was reasonable when you compare it with bubble tea (though bubble tea is over priced in SF generally). I got the milk&cookiesncream swirl with red bean filling. I got cocoa pebbles and oreo toppings with strawberry so that the flavors work in harmony with each other. The taste itself was great - and the ahboong (the fish on top) was crunch/crispy, though I wanted just a tad bit more red bean on the inside.

Sit-Down: No (no seats)

Restroom: Yes

Wifi: Couldn't check

Wait Time: About 7 minutes from the order, with about 4 people waiting before me. You could see how they make the ahboong so it wasn't boring waiting for my order.

An interesting observation I had was for the spoon - I was wondering how I had such an easier time eating soft serve with a plastic spoon and I realized it was cut out in a different way than other plastic spoons that are oval shaped and curved inward. This neon-green plastic spoon was actually fantastic because it was cut out like a spade, with little inward curvature which makes it easier for you to get the entire spoonful of ice cream for each bite. I'm not sure if the owners did a whole spoon-hunt for the perfect spoon for a soft serve, but if this was indeed a deliberate effort by the owner, I'd say the mission was definitely successful (and that the...

This place had a “coming soon” sign up for years, but unfortunately its arrival has been anticlimactic. First off, needing to order off a screen is awkward, especially as there is often not a line. The staff is perfectly nice and I’d much rather talk to them. I see how the screens could add efficiency, but it just isn’t a good experience. As for the actual food, the signature fish cones are great - very different from normal cones, more cakey in texture, definitely the highlight. The froyo is ok, but I haven’t been impressed by any of the flavors, finding all three I’ve tried (two visits, plus tasting a friend’s) pretty bland. The toppings are ok but you get the tiniest dusting. They literally just sprinkle a spoonful over your cone and you get whatever sticks. Pretty disappointing. They also add a strawberry slice or mini cookie at the end. Unfortunately I chose wrong, and found the cookie to be stale...

Loved having dessert here! Crowded at 9 on a Wednesday night. They took the order quickly and were very patient even though only 2 people working for a line of customers.

I got cup of ube. Great price at 4.95. It was a great amount of ice cream and you can add any toppings you want. They also ask you if you want a macaron or a strawberry on top. The ube tasted more sweet than anything, didn’t have much of an Ube flavor. My husband got cookies and cream and that was also a very delicate flavor but you can taste more of the cookies and cream flavor I thought than the ube. It’s cool you can get a cone on top of the ice cream, that’s what my husband did. But I wanted to try the hot fish waffle things. I never tried them! So good, served super hot, and choice of filling. It was crunchy on outside and gooey on inside. I got custard and taro filling. I liked the custard filling more.

Loved it and...
