All I can say is Paul Paul Paul! He is spiteful, rude and completely useless! I dropped off a Next Day Air package at this location on Thursday at 2:30pm pst! As I was walking towards the front counter he waved his hand and guided me to a self-checkout Kiosk where he pointed and waited for me to drop & scan my package myself! This is fine but he never spoke a word to me while doing any of this! He grabs my package after this & never looks at it, just brushes me off and walks away! Any other time I come in the other service members are helpful and have an urgency when it comes to next day air packages but this sassy pink haired fellow always has a nasty attitude! The next day I call customer service to see why my package was delayed from being delivered on time the next day (even though it arrived at the shipping hub) & they said let's look into it! They got back on the line & said well you did everything right but it seems as if the UPS location you dropped it off to gave your package to the driver too late! My perishable food that I just sent hours making & shopping for & shipped to my customer will now get delivered on Monday! Monday!!! 3 Days after it was to be delivered!!! This is NOT my first time dealing with Paul, on another occasion I went to drop off my Amazon returns and one package needed to be re-taped. He told me I could buy some tape from them because he wasn't using his tape from Amazon! He said "they don't pay us for that"! Amazon doesn't give us money to tape their customers packages and I could buy some tape if I wanted it to be shipped! I walked out the store and walked back in to ask him his name and as I was walking back he was talking mess to his other co-worker about the situation that just happened! PAUL does NOT like his job and clearly doesn't want to work there! I understand things cost but making your job harder & being nasty to customers by using 9" of tape that you job supply's to you is outrageous! He needs to go, he didn't pay for the tape himself but acts like that's going to hurt him! He's always nasty attitude but talking ** about customers after they leave is cause for a write up! They took their time with us and were super sympathetic as they helped us price out shipping and packing that would normally be an arm and a leg. We found out AAA discounts could work here which another store didn't even let us know about. This store was clean and organized and they were so quick and efficient. They serviced many other clients while helping us with this big order and made us feel so valued. We will ONLY come to this UPS if we ever visit again.
