Ike's Love & Sandwiches — Restaurant in San Francisco

Have stopped by this place a couple times now and the sandwiches are pretty tasty.

Main issue here is the price, two people are looking 30$+ for sandwiches and it's just not worth it.

Tried the prissy prisley first and it was great, love that you can choose ur bread, we got the french bread. Also liked the vegan bacon which is the same we get from the store.

Came back again and got some chicken bbq sandwich (can't remember name), also got the vegan steak sandwich.

The bbq chicken wasn't bad, it was a bit wet for me, tons of sauce. Didn't keep well. But it was alright at first, it just got to be alot with all the sauce.

The vegan steak sandwich wasn't very good though, the steak reminded me alot of jackfruit, not sure if that's what it was but would be nice to know.

Ordered the Vegan Litacanrana with sour dough bread via uber eats. Firstly it was so nice to have a few vegan options to choose from but I do miss my old favorite non-vegan Dutch crunch bread.

The sour dough wasn’t as satisfying or crunchy as it was pretty ‘overly bread-y’ but still grateful for it being a vegan option 🤞🏼.
