Panda Express — Restaurant in San Francisco

I was very disappointed with the food. It was cold. The chicken dishes I had were covered with tough batter on the exterior of the meat and the beef dish was the same. The vegetables were cold as well. The white rice was cold too. Quality of the three entrees that I had was no where near what I can get at a restaurant like Tsing in West Portal. Moreover, the prices were not low. I do not recommend the preparation of the food from this chain, fast food ethnic food business. I love Chinese food and there are very many more competitors serving similar kinds of food that do a far better job of preparing it and making it delicious. Recommend that Panda Stonestown Galleria serve hot food and that they cut out the heavy use of sugar in their dishes. Your product is not equal to other similar foods in this area. Poor healthy choices as expected but the portions of the main items were really small. We ended up ordering some mains as sides that were also so small.

We didn't enjoy the experience even if the food was ok. Felt like paying way too much to end up going home hungry.

There are other options on the shopping center, don't let the big brand name...
