I called the same day I realized I had missed my bag, and your staff confirmed over the phone that they had it. However, when I emailed the general manager, I was told, ‘we didn’t find anything with the characteristics you described.’ How can that be possible when your own employee confirmed that same day that my bag was there?

I even went in person to get my bag and they TOLD ME THAT THERE’S NOT MANAGER& THEY CANT HELP ME . I called AGAIN , the manager was not there. I went all the way there wasting my time, since I don’t even live close by and still there’s not manager that can help me . Nobody even tried to help me. After dealing with this over and over, I finally spoke with employee Fatima, who told me that they probably don’t even have it anymore. They throw my bag knowing I wanted my BAG...

I truly believe this place has great potential, but the service has consistently been disappointing. It feels uncomfortable to raise my hand several times just to have the table cleaned, to get drinks, silverware, or even the ají that’s part of the meal. One small gesture that would make a big difference is if servers could simply ask during lunch or dinner if everything is going well.

Honestly, I should have written this review a long time ago, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Today, after reading other guests’ comments, I noticed many share the same concern: the lack of attentive service. With the right training, the staff could truly elevate the experience and turn a visit into something enjoyable and worth...

New Peruvian place on Mission St. It's pretty good. Been here with my Peruvian friend whose family owns a Peruvian restaurant and he said this place was authentic and good. We've tried at least 5 different plates. Just wish they had a bigger menu and offered some more variety, but maybe they will expand their menu one day or maybe that's their way of making sure everything is good. Also, the place is kind of small, but it is clean and modern and a decent place to sit and eat at. The service is always very good, all the waitresses are very nice, and the owner is friendly and took his time to talk to us for a bit. Only one time one of the waitresses was a little short, but it was also the end...

Everything was perfect! I got the pollo a la brasa half chicken combo. The food was delicious and authentic. I'm Peruvian & this restaurant reminded me of getting pollo a la brasa with my grandma after church in downtown Lima. The owner & staff are all Peruvian and very friendly too. This is now one of my favorite spots in SF, feels so home-y and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back and recommending it to all of my friends! :)

Peruvian restaurant serving Rotisserie Chicken. I had the Leche de Tigre, a sharp, spicy, citrus marinated fish, good to the last drop. I had the Mostrito, a rotisserie chicken breast of chicken, served with fries and Arroz Chaufa. Good moist chicken accompanied by a yellow sauce. The service was very attentive and the food was served on a timely way.
