Starbucks — Restaurant in San Francisco

Didn't think I'd find myself reviewing a Starbucks. Normally they are what they are. This was a painfully slow experience. One employee I don't think had been properly trained yet (I blame that on management not the employee.) The other seemed "over it." There were empty boxes and debris filling up there workspace. The creamer and sugar bar was a mess. No creamer container to keep it a safe temp and there was litter scattered about....

So slow…don’t come if you’re in a hurry. There’s another Starbucks down the road. There was nobody else here and I’ve been watching the only barista behind the counter move extremely slowly and lose track of previous orders. Then when I ordered a large coffee, instead of just pouring it and handing back, he writes out a cup for me and puts it aside. Then when I finally get it, of course it tastes burned...

I cannot get any slower than this. I've been slow Starbucks before but this is like next level slowness. Thanksgiving day, there was only one staff working. WHY?! shoes horrible decision was this?!?
