Had a reservation at 7:00pm for Valentines Day. Arrived on time and it was an unorganized experience getting seated. After sitting down, we received our menus but kept having to ask to receive water. The music was incredibly loud, to the point where I could barely hear the person sitting across from me. In addition, it was tight and cramped, with probably about 6 inches between tables. These factors combined led to a less than satisfactory ambience.

It took around 15 minutes to order, at which point we noticed other people near us complaining about the lackluster experience and delays. I also saw another table near us leave without ordering any food. Around 30 minutes after ordering, we asked if we could have our order boxed up to go. At this point our food was not ready yet, but "on the way" so we prepaid the check while waiting for the food to come out as to not delay our leaving.

An hour after we ordered, the food came out but we had to box it up ourselves. I am not sure if they had special Valentine's Day pricing, but for the two Chicken Souvlaki dishes we got, it was $26 each. Each plate consisted of two chicken skewers on a plate (about 8 cubes of chicken total) with a few greens and a side of tzaiki sauce. In addition, we ordered a side of Vegetables, which were mostly raw and unseasoned and Fries.

During our time here, there was always a line of about 5-10 people waiting at the door, waiting to get seated. However, with the door open, it kept pushing around the balloons that were tied to the back of each chair, and kept bumping against my partner's head.

At this point, we had already paid the check but noticed that our side of Fries had not even come with the food. Instead of bringing it up, we left since we knew it would be another long wait and we just wanted to leave at this point.

The servers were very nice and apologetic but it still did not make up for this experience. I feel bad because they seemed overworked, which leads me to think this is a management problem. I would not dine here again or recommend...

My coworkers and I (three total) came here on Monday night before the very populated Dreamforce Conference. Space was tight, but they were kind enough to fit us in without reservations.

It took about 15 minutes for them to come take our orders and five more minutes to bring us pita bread with dipping sauce. After that, it took about 15 minutes for three of the five orders (zucchini cakes, Greek salad, and Greek fries) to come out. Everything was delicious and fresh tasting! Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.

It took another 20 minutes for our other two dishes to come out (Chicken Souvlaki and Steak Souvlaki). The staff did come by and apologize a few times about our food taking so long. They ensured us we were not forgotten about and that they were just so busy on this night.

When we finally got our last two dishes, they tasted great! The vegetables were cooked perfectly. I really liked how the carrots were cut the long way and not the short way. There were green beans and cauliflowers, and a pickle spear! The steak was cooked perfectly and the char on them was nice, too. My coworker enjoyed her chicken, also.

I really liked the food here and will definitely come again! Perhaps I will come at a less busy time to see if...

First time here and really wanted to love it. The menu looked great, food was good for the most part and while the service was friendly I was extremely disappointed. I told our server multiple times of my dairy allergy and still received food with butter and cheese on it, even when ordering dessert reminded them of my allergy and it still arrived with ice cream. When I mentioned this again after I was unable to enjoy it, I was annoyed by their excuse that "their English wasn't too good" - despite their initial response that they understood my request for no dairy. The server came by a few too many times asking if we were done when we were clearly still eating. Between the music and large party seated behind us it was quite loud. Finally when we were trying to check out we were shocked that they couldn't evenly split the bill. They had the mobile pay machine and I've never seen a restaurant not be able to split a check in half. They also still charged us for the dessert. Maybe the staff was too busy with the larger party to provide quality service and this was an off night but as a first timer to this restaurant I'm not sure if I...

Enjoyed a super warm and cozy evening at this recently opened restaurant, located near union square. Here you’ll find authentic yet refined Greek food. This restaurant is great for sharing dishes. My mom and I shared the pita bread & hummus for starters along with spanakopita, sea bass, and prawns for our entrees. The fish was super succulent and cooked to absolute perfection! The rest of our dishes were unfathomably delicious. From the sauces to the presentation, everything exceeded our expectations. Lastly the service was stellar, water and plates were topped up and cleared regularly. Super friendly staff. 100% Recommend.

Recently, I visited Meditarean restaurant and was very pleased with the experience. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing: soft lighting, stylish Mediterranean-inspired décor, and pleasant background music create a warm and welcoming vibe. The menu is diverse, featuring plenty of fresh seafood, vegetables, and traditional Mediterranean dishes. The service was excellent: the staff were polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. You can really feel that they care about every guest. Prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of both the food and the service. I’d say the value for money is outstanding.
