Great option if you’re looking for high quality no frills milk tea. I personally really enjoy the tinguayin and they’re one of the only (that I know of) milk tea places in the city that even carry it.

I don’t understand what other reviews are talking in terms of the ability to customize options or service. They have the option for oat or soy plus toppings, sweetness level and ice level. You often have to wait for extra long to place an order. That's because you can't order ahead (they used to have a QR code that redirected you to an app, unlike the Stanford mall shop using the QR code to place order right away). Customers aren't considerate enough to decide on the drink while they're waiting in line (the store has a tv with rotating menu), so they take forever to decide at the POS.
