Finally got a chance to check out Woods' newest outpost, and it did not disappoint. It boasts a much larger patio than the Lower Haight location, but a less sexy interior; you're definitely coming here to hang out in the backyard. It's the perfect place for outdoor socializing: it has lots of beautiful trees that provide shade, heaters for cold nights, and string lights that bring the post-sunset vibes. The kitchen was closed on a Wednesday night, but I'm sure getting some burgers to quench my appetite after a few beers would hit the spot. If you're there early, waiting for your partner/friends/date, there's a nice bench where you can hawk tables as they turn over. for now, it seems like it's first-come, first-serve, and you have to get beers at the counter, which can be a bit of a pain once you're all cozy...
