The place is super cute and very clean. My only complaint regarding cleanliness was when she started doing my actual manicure. She didn’t soften my cuticles and rushed my manicure, and she ended up cutting 3 of my fingers. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and have never once had someone cut my finger enough to make it bleed, let alone 3 of them. They spent two hours on my gel manicure, so of course I still paid; but it was hard for me to put $65 down for that. I likely won’t be coming back. I wanted to give this place a try since I just moved in right next door, but my first experience wasn’t great. They were not the most patient or friendly. It could have just been an off day for them, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. It was busy and based on the pictures, I’m sure this was just a fluke. Lastly, I asked for an almond shape, and the technician made some of them almond and some of them round. Shape wise, they look really bad. Which was surprising, because a lot of reviews looks great! Maybe I got a newer technician or she was just rushing. I can’t tell if I’m being too picky or not, but I ended up fixing them myself with a nail file and they look better. Usually I would have them fix it on the spot, but after being there for 2 hours, I was already late for my next thing. I have also never had a manicure take so long. I attached photos of my nails close up to show the cuts and poor manicure, but this was after fixing the shape myself.

The place had such good reviews I was expecting it to be a nice place. They were a little rude when I walked in and during the manicure. The stars go mostly for the pedicure. It was well done and the coloring seems that it will last even though it was a regular pedicure. Also, the lady took the time to massage my legs (which is included in the price). For the manicure, it was a whole different story. First, I didn’t got the massage included on the price. Then, I requested a gel french manicure (which is already +$10) and the results were not good. She did one hand and I had do ask to re-do it because she painted the tip almost 1/4 inch thick. She was not happy about it. She remove it but left all the scratches visible on the thumb nail. Also, the cover of some nails was not well done and there’s some wholes in sole layers, leaving the nails more unprotected. I payed almost a $100 for some nails that won’t last more than a week, so better spend my money elsewhere.

I’ve been meaning to visit since they opened in December 2022. Came for an express mani-pedi and a brow wax. Arrived 10 minutes before they opened. They were kind enough to let me wait inside as it was chilly and i was wearing flip flops. I selected my colors while I waited. The instruments came in as sealed plastic container. Had two techs doing my nails at the same time. They did a soak, salt scrub, hot stones, hot towel, lotion and a massage for my pedi. They did a thorough job removing my cuticles. I had a soak, lotion and a massage. I waited under the fans while my nails dried. My brow wax was pretty good. It was quick. She recommended a brow shape based on my facial structure. I paid at the end with my phone. Didn’t have to deal with trying to pull out my card or getting cash.
