L&L Hawaiian Barbecue — Restaurant in San Jose

I love this place, but lately when I order the loco moco with my eggs over easy, & it gets plated with the yoke popped & cooked, it's not.made to my order. Furthermore, if the egg is not done to my order, I would expect it to be cooked & served right. Don't plate the egg if it's not over easy. This has happened a couple times before, but now it's happening regularly. Don't ask me how I want the eggs, if you're not going to do them correctly, & then on top of it serve them to me, only to find out it's done wrong when I get home... Maybe I need to check them before I leave the restaurant, or go somewhere that will do them how I want it! This is my opinion, & I'll start checking it before I leave, from now on! Which by the way, I shouldn't...

I wish I would’ve also taken a pictures of the soda machine, the chicken and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. My daughter’s shrimp looked like it was literally seasoned with shrimp feces, chunks all throughout. Literally every soda flavor tasted like dirt. The soda machine actually has some mold-looking foam coming out of the back of it. Noticed that after dealing my attempt at complaining. Suddenly no one spoke English when I attempted to bring the issues to their attention.

I wish you could uneat food, because I am physically I’ll thinking of how dirty and disgusting that restaurant is.

I've been to this place a few times. Ok at it's best but today made my decision to never come back again. I ordered the low carb plate and specifically asked if it came with sides. I was told yes and was charged an extra 25 cents for brown rice. Upon receiving my order I was told no sides and when I asked why I was charged an extra 25 cents for brown rice if there was no sides I was given a quarter back with a "I dont know" while the cashier proceeded to answer the phone. Wow, talk about rude and extremely poor service. I could maybe see if I was not polite but I definitely was and was treated this way!? NEVER coming...
