Making their bagels from scratch on the premises! Their Crunch style bagels are unique. The Blueberry Crunch is to die for. They sell out so get in early or be sad. UPDATE July 2022 ~ family owned and operated this small business. Fed us all breakfast throughout the pandemic years. There egg sandwiches are made fresh from bagels just out of the oven, real eggs cooked just for your sandwich and bacon made fresh every morning. I dare you to find a better breakfast sandwich anywhere in the Bay area! There blended and frozen coffee drinks are extremely popular, the chunky monkey seems to be a favorite. Chocolate and banana for the win! I do DoorDash and pick up from here quite frequently because I live across the street. I see what people order and they order everything but the breakfast sandwiches and frozen coffee drinks are at the very top of everyone's list! There are a couple of other main Street bagel locations around San Jose and their sandwiches are probably just as good, but I watch these ladies make these sandwiches everyday. I just came here to order a bagel and had the worst experience ever with one of the women in there. She had horrible customer service. She seemed very irritated when I asked her a question about what kind of cream cheese she had when I was asking her questions. She was rolling her eyes at me Even with her bad attitude. I still ordered a bagel with cream cheese from her, and when she gave me my money back, she threw it at me and I asked her if she was OK because that was rude to throw change at somebody because she’s in a bad mood. She didn’t apologize and started yelling at me because I was unhappy with her whole attitude and with her throwing change at me, I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here because the customer service...

Fantastic bagels and breakfast sandwiches here the only thing I don't like is usually the people working behind the counter not very friendly sometimes they don't even look at you but if you go Overlook that the bagel send the breakfast sandwiches or excellent plenty of parking and you'll see a lot of people interacting with one another because interacting with staff there is nonexistent actually they're kind of rude but I mean I like the the breakfast Bagels probably the best in the city even though there's other probably better locations but the management here or the management not very friendly if you could create your own...
