In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in San Jose

So I and a good friend had to walk for an hour and 45 min to go meet someplace for mock trial practice and we were exhausted. We needed food to eat. So we decided to eat. We ordered the food that we were so starving for, we ordered a double cheeseburger, soda, and a chocolate milkshake. Once we ate it we devoured the food and that was FRESH made.

I am coming back here with my good friend.

This service was fantastic and I won't be forgetting this man who was ordering for us when he realized we were deaf and that I was talking one of my friends if he wanted French fries. That man signed potatoes instead of French fries that were so cute!

Also, I loved how they opened the door for us and said we had a good day and I told them that the worker has a good day as well. And thanks for waving for me if our food was made ( I was thrilled that they had good service for people who have disabilities even though this was my first time coming there) and giving it to me as I waited for my food.

Anyways, shout out to the man who made good our day and we were so thrilled to have that experience two weeks ago.

The prices are cheap and perfect to eat if you are hungry or urge well fresh made. This place you need to be at!

I'll be coming back someday and I will deeply remember this good time. :)

You should get chocolate milkshake it tastes...

2nd time in a row. We leave with something missing from our order. 1st time fries. Tonight two double doubles. This location is always busy the line inside and outside are always long and SLOW AF. Just recently went to the In n Out in Vegas at the Linq. The place looked like we would never get served. Nope in n out in less than 15 mins. Here at santa teresa it takes 15 mins just to get to the counter or the drive thru person. Then another 15 on top of that waiting for your food to be called out of order and your order incomplete. This is not the norm for an In n out burger. If attitude reflects leadership its probably time to change the management team. These are things you come to expect from McDonald's or Burger King not In n Out. Hopefully my kids won't want it again...

The food is the usual In-N-Out quality, and they accommodate all of the "secret menu" requests. My biggest complaint about this location, is that the seem to have trained all of the kids that work here in the art of "speed talking, and not listening" when the ask you what you want it sounds like the are talking fast forward, when they repeat my r order, I ask them to repeat it again slower, so I can understand them. If you are going through the drive through and you pull up to a window, they will say, "how are you today, " then continue on with your total or your order, without giving you time to reply. If you are going to ask someone, "how are you today," either give them time to reply or don't bother, otherwise you are just being rude...
