Haven't actually sat inside a McDonald's for quite some time now since Covid. But we're getting there. My grandson loves their shakes and fries. He enjoys the nuggets most when hot, but not when they're cold. I wish they'd bring back the oatmeal cookies. Their chocolate chip cookies are tasty but better eaten the same day you get them. Always changing and improving, yes, but some things still need to be returned and never leave. Definitely, recommend they change their coffee and find something better, because their coffee isn't worth a second cup and that's saying something. We've been going here for over 40 years, so there's that. They must be doing something right, but over the years, they still need to work on improving some things. Just because you get a remodeling job done, doesn't mean it will improve the quality of some of the menu items. So, keep on improving McDonald's! If you want rave reviews, then ensure your employees also have better attitudes and speak, as well as, understand the languages of the city/country you reside in. Read moreservice-10/10, on March 8th, around 10:10pm, i, along with other doordashers have waited over 30 minutes! when i proceeded to go and speak to the cashier at the drive through, i asked her why it took so long and she was shrugging me off, saying “idk i just work here” and being very non chalant, with a very negative attitude. when we asked for the manager, she said she was the manager. she has horrible customer service, she does not speak well to her customers, and if she does not like her job, then please quit and start your career. after waiting for so long in the parking lot, i had the courage to ask a male worker if he had seen my order, and what a coincidence, the order was just sitting there. I ordered around 10:36am, mind you the app said order till 10:59am so I leave the area and get to the McDonald's restaurant drive through about 10:43am and the woman in the drive through asks for my mobile order number and says I don't see your order, then asks if I placed it. I said yes I'm looking at my phone and my bank alerted me I was charged. Then she says oh we don't serve breakfast no more and it was like 10:49am and i didnt tell her it was breakfast. She said check your email in 2 hours you'll have an email about your order refund. I honestly feel they stopped breakfast early and started lunch. They shouldn't do that and they actually let people pay and take their time to drive there,while wasting gas and time. Like come on do your job or work somewhere else.
