The Poke Bowls here are made to order but they also have some standard menu items that sound pretty good. I used one of the standard menu poke bowls as a basis for mine then had them add a few ingredients. The servers seem to be well trained and do a nice job offering suggestions on ingredients to add when asked. They offer a wide variety of ingredients and sauces. Overall, very delicious and fresh. I've now been there about four times and plan to keep going back when I'm in the area.

Absolutely do not buy on Too Good To Go app (there was no review section on TGTG, that’s why I’m posting it here. ) We bought a Salmon Bag from them expecting we get a good salmon that’s supposed to be worth $18. But they gave us the worst of the worst parts instead: the tail, the bones, and the head. See picture for proof. We came at the store expecting a good meal but came home with leftover like food for dogs.

Kind of a trendy thing nowadays, Poke bowl. This place was comfortable, clean. You get to pick your rice, fishes, vegetables, some fruits and sauces, totally customizable! The fishes and other ingredients tasted fresh, probably pretty healthy. Buy for someone who eats Japanese sushi/sashimi regularly this was not my thing because the rice, the tuna or salmon lacked that raw fish sweetness and special flavor.

Extremely rude employee!

I arrived around 8:30 with my girlfriend to grab a quick bite from our go-to poke spot. Upon arrival, we waited for a few minutes to be served which was totally understandable. A worker named Lexine finally approached and without any greeting, rudely shouted “SIZE??”. My girlfriend and I were initially confused and figured maybe we didn’t hear her the first time, however, we quickly learned this was not the case. After irritably throwing our bowls down, she moved over to the protein section and instead asking normally if we would like a scoop of crab salad, she looked over at my girlfriend and once again rudely shouted “crab??” then turned to me, rolled her eyes, and huffed “you?” This unfriendly, unpleasant attitude continued as we selected our proteins and she became exceedingly agitated after SHE misheard our simple order 3 times despite us very clearly and loudly explaining it to her. After rudely tossing the food in our bowls and passing them onto the next station, we were finally helped by a much kinder worker (only reason for 2 stars) who took care of us. However, we payed close attention to Lexine as she served two younger girls and their dad behind us and treated them with the same blatant disrespect. She seemed even more annoyed and frustrated with these customers and we could hear her practically yelling at them from the register. When we asked the cashier for the worker’s name, she made a face, sighed, and told us her name was Lexine, which leads me to believe this behavior is not uncommon and it was not the first time someone asked for her name.

I am not normally one to write reviews but I think that it is important that the company and others are aware of how Lexine treats her customers. My girlfriend and I have both worked in the food industry in very fast paced, high stress environments and we understand it can be overwhelming at times but that is absolutely no excuse to treat others, especially your customers, in such a rude, impolite, unprofessional, and unfriendly manner. We all have bad days and tough shifts but that doesn’t give us the right to take it out on customers, especially ones who are trying to be kind to you. I don’t expect a Disneyland staff level of enthusiasm and service, just basic human decency and Lexine failed to provide even that. I really do enjoy poke house and have received some great service in the past, so it is unfortunate that one employee’s nasty attitude can misrepresent the company as a whole and discourage customers...

When I walked in, I was first in line, and no one was in the queue having their bowl made. The guy at the rice cooker didn't even look at me. No greeting. I tried to order, but they replied, "Just a minute." I started the stopwatch on my watch just to see how long they would actually take. Finally, some other employee walked over, after 5 minutes, to start my order.

They used to give way more food 3 years ago, and when they charged $14 for a regular poke bowl. Today's bad service and meager amount of food for $20 was the last straw. I will not be coming back here.

I used to get poke here often ever since they first opened. But nawwww!!!! There are way better choices than this.

Also, the fact that the 3 guys "sleeping" behind the counter only "woke up", and started helping me when another customer walked in behind me, makes me sure that these guys suck and are ...

The bowls are pretty decent, not the best i have ever had. I prefer pokebowl in the adjacent shopping center. The downside at poke house is, expect your order to go wrong more often than right. First time i went, no problem. Second time I went, they forgot one of my orders and still charged me for it. They wouldn't even prioritize the order to be remade and i had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes while the rest of my raw fish got warm. Third time, I placed the order at about 6:00, got the notification it was done at 6:21, and didn't get handed the order until almost 7:00. Another couple there had either their order taken or skipped because they placed theirs at 5:30 and still couldn't receive it before mine.

Bottom line, go somewhere else. You can find just as good poke with out all the...
