Starbucks — Restaurant in San Jose

Starbucks' has a nice variety of not only coffee, but food choices as well. We love their egg bites!!! Bacon, vegetable, or just egg: ALL three choices are absolutely delicious!!!😋 When I discovered them, I couldn't resist! I used to get the lemon cake, but I can't have that as much anymore. So good!!! My four year old even loved their cake pops! I was very surprised! Of course, he wouldn't share! They have other drink choices, too, that are healthy and tasty!! Hot or iced coffee, cold frappe or hot, or bottled water, even, or taking home a package of a special blend of Brazilian coffee...maybe even get yourself a new travel container...with fresh, healthy snacks to choice from, going to Starbucks is fun, relaxing, and enjoyable!! Fairly decent prices help, too!! So, go get a nice hot (or cold) cup of joe and sit back and enjoy it in your comfortable...

I’ve been in a lot of different Starbucks and usually everybody is super nice. Today I came in with three friends, some older ladies and there weren’t a lot of places to sit. We noticed the manager was interviewing someone at the center table which seats about 6 to 8 people but she had her backpack her laptop And all kinds of papers all spread out all over the half of the table so we sat down and I asked nicely if we could move a stack of her paper so that we could use part of the table and she got all in a huff about it and says I’m in the middle of a meeting. She packed her stuff up and moved which was nice that we could use the table but I think she could’ve had a nice attitude about it. Instead she was pretty rude. And this is a manager interviewing a new employee. What kind of example are you setting by...

Waited for 15 mins only to be told they couldn’t make the drink I’d ordered because they were out of chai. Would have been nice to know at the register but fine...I asked for a refund and had to wait ANOTHER 10 mins for someone who could do that.

I get that they were busy but communication was terrible and they didn’t even apologize, they just acted like I was an inconvenience for not picking out...
