Sharks Pro Shop at SAP Center — Local services in San Jose

I checked the website yesterday to find out the store hours, which said it was open until 6. I wanted to get a couple of baby outfits for my newly born grandson. I had a flight very early this morning so I hurried down from Foster City, arriving at 5:15 only to find a sign that said they were closed because it was game day. I pleaded with an employee to let me in for 5 min so I could make the purchase but was denied. Why didn’t the website say they would be closed? I drive down for nothing. The cashier was incredibly rude and impatient. She spent a significant amount of time talking on the phone and then went to check a pickup order (which, I suppose, was good for the person placing that order). I called and ordered a jersey from out of state and wanted by a certain date. The staff at the Sharks Store came through. They were very helpful during the ordering process.
