Starbucks — Restaurant in San Jose

They don’t want to serve me at this Starbucks store. How do I know this?

A) They try to reject my free drink pass on the grounds of they stop excepting those free drink pass cards back in 2006 . However I received the card not even the week before my visit to the store so after I get a mini lecture from one of the barista’s she told me she will take it that day but not in the future I spoke with another Starbucks manager at another location they said that’s bogus.

B) I just walked out from the store without making a purchase because they don’t want to add almond milk which I am willing to pay to my Double espresso only specification that I gave them is to put the espresso on top instead of the bottom which would essentially make it a macchiato not a latte, however ,they wanted to charge me for a latte Maki Otto that’s not what I wanted I simply wanted espresso dope you with almond milk and hazelnut and toffee nut syrup which I am willing to pay. I never had issues when it comes to my preferred Starbucks order except for this occasion and this location very disappointed I will never visit again .

I tried some summertime drinks and was slightly surprised I didn't like/love either of them. Normally I'm super into sweets but the summer refresher raspberry popping pearls was kinda a kick in the mouth, but coconut version was mild flavor. Got passionfruit/pineapple smoothie amd unfortunately just came back from hawaii (if you know you know) I REALLY liked hawaiian pineapples which made me shaking in tart sipping this drink plus the just pure sugar syrup of passionfruit flavor just made me wonder if I was drinking 70+gas of sugar today. With frozen I guess cold ice it's okay but as soon as it started melting into juice I didn't want it anymore... gonna end up freezing it in ice tray to be an add in for home smoothies. Maybe it's been too long... but even slurpies feel like less sugar. I'll be sticking to the tea/coffee options. PS. I miss the lavender foam Macha tea drink option. PSS these drinks are measured exactly out. I got the light ice option in hopes of getting slightly more coconut milk but they just gave less drink via picture. Looks like I chugged mine but photo is before we drank...

The WORST experience I ever had at starbucks. There is a lady super slow, talking much more than doing actual work. She didn’t paste stickers into cups so when customers asked “what’s my order “ she’s like “I don’t know”. She messed up my order, gave me a Grande when I ordered Venti, and worst thing is she’s trying to deny when I said it’s wrong size, forced me to pull my order from the App to show her. And she’s super rude, no sorry at all.

Please fire this person, I encountered multiple times that staff messed size of my order, which is okay. But she’s the first one trying to deny it.
