Edit: took away one star.
They're usually OK. At the very least they're all nice but their customer service could sometimes be better. Today I Asked for an iced white mocha half sweet with extra espresso, and they gave me a regular hot white mocha (even though i said "iced" twice and watched him write it down). I didn't have time to ask them to remake it and i was really sad ): that coffee was my one good thing today and I was looking forward to it ): it’s so awful and syrupy because they didn’t even make it half sweet at all. I can’t drink it because of how sweet and thick it is.
Update (a week later): Today I ordered a black tea with guava. She told me they didn’t have guava... or any of the flavors... she said all they had was very Berry hibiscus (even though I watched a guy after me pick up a black tea lemonade with mango.????) I was like well alright that’ll do. When I finally got it it was thoroughly disappointing. No berries (they were out) and not even tea inside. It honestly tastes like it only has syrup in it.    Read moreMy friend and I were in line figuring out what we wanted to order and when the register became free, my friend and I were hesitant on who should go first so we stood there for literally 5 seconds when the cashier named Sascha gave us the nastiest expression and moved her arm around questioning us and moved her head in a way that insinuated we were dumb. But we were simply standing there for genuinely 5 seconds. My friend and I tried to put ourselves in her shoes to try and understand why she acted like that but I’m not exaggerating when I say we hesitated for 5 seconds. I understand that Starbucks gets busy but there is never a reason to be unnecessarily rude. If you are genuinely so unhappy working at a Starbucks at a university where you interact with primarily college students, then please consider relocating to another location. I get that we all have bad days but that’s not an excuse for the blatant disrespect towards not only my friend and I but also the other customers. She's Black with glasses and braids with shells in them) announced that one line would be for people who wanted to pay with their tower card and another for people who wanted to pay by credit card/cash. She calls up anyone who had a tower card. No one went up and they stayed in line, presumably to pay by credit card/cash. I decide to go up and order since I was paying through tower card. This barista cuts me off and says I cut the line. I repeat what she announced and that I have a tower card. She proceeds to repeat herself and condescendingly tell me that possibly someone could have a tower card in the credit card/cash line.
