Subway — Restaurant in San Jose

I am totally fine with the staff speaking broken English, but their rude attitude was unacceptable. I am a frequent Subway customer and am very familiar with the menu and process flow of ordering a sandwich. It was my first time at this store, and Yolanda was the one fixing my sandwich. She was rude to me, starting from the beginning of selecting the bread. She had no patience when I asked her a question or tried to communicate with her; she even threw my sandwich when I missed hearing her broken English. However, her attitude toward the gentleman in front of me, who could speak her native tongue, and the lady before him, were all friendly and smiley; this contrast made me feel highly uncomfortable. The women that was ringing up my order kept making mistakes by over charging me. She attempted to correct my order 3 times. I noticed that she was nervously rushing from taking my order, making the sandwiches to ringing me up. She wasn't alone. There was someone else helping other customers. I didn't like how she made me & my daughter feel. As though we were bothering her by pointing out the double charges on several items. Not once but 3 times. But what got me was her remark under her breath, thinking I wouldn't understand. There were other things with the sandwiches but at this point I just wanted to take the food and leave. I came here on Sep17 @1:45pm I ordered a 6 inch steak n cheese sandwhich , i normally get footlong but this half portion was cut leas than the normal length okay, I notice she ran out of the steak and basically gave me the scraps that where left over in the bottom pan it has just one scoop barely filles and then proceedes to toasting it rather than refilling what ahe ran out and giving me a correct portion, I basically paid 8bucks for bread ans tomatoes, completely insane .
