Denny's — Restaurant in San Juan

My husband and I really like Denny's. But our experience here wasn't that great. First, we get in and the employee asks us if we wanted a table for two. We say yes, and then she starts just pointing tables with attitute and without telling us nothing. So we assume we can sit anywhere. Our waiter arrives and we asked for the 9 grain pancakes. When we get them I notice there's some kind of leftover grease on top of my pancakes that smelled like they cooked some burgers and then tossed the pancakes on the same pan without cleanning it. My husband tried them... and just as I expected..they were awfull. So we asked the waiter if she could replace them. Eventually, they gave us another set of pancakes . They were regular wheat pancakes (not the 9 grain we asked for) one was almost burnt, and the other one was ok. We decided to just eat them like that so we could just go. I give it 2 stars because the french fries and waffle fries were good and the waiter did her best, given the time and circumstances.

We order an all american with over easy egg and well cook hash brown toasted on both sides, also a super bird sandwish with seasong fries, after an hour wait the super bird get to the table but not the all american, the sandwish it was extremly greasy and cold as well as the fries, the all american finally arrive with scamble egg pail up the hash brown with weren't near cook. A table next to us witch walk in with in our 35 minutes wait and it was serve before the all american arrive to the table. We where totally disapoined with the services, tread and product. You guys need to remember that from all places near by we chose your to have a meal and just by that the expirience of any body that walk in should be...

We went July 5 2021. The place is under remodeling so 3/4 of the dining space was closed at the time, meaning that it was full but the sat us quickly. There was only one waitress serving us all, so taking our order took awhile. Between take out orders and orders before ours food arrived relatively quickly and freshly made my gradnsandwich was awesome and the rest of the order was perfect. Only hash browns need it more time to cook but considering the rush and the short handed personnel problem, it was great. The service was great, food was great. Sadly I forgot the name of the waitress, but if the manager read this it was like 11am Monday July 5...
