No storefront so ordered via Uber eats, which they pack in sustainable packaging. The simple menu allows for them to be accurate and consistent with their tacos. Very filling 3 tacos and you get a variety. Meat was very well cooked and mildly flavored accompanied by an appropriate amount of sauce. Salsa verde is very tangy. Veggies and fruits were fresh, and included pineapple and radish and onion and cilantro. I liked all tacos except the cauliflower which was simply cauliflower cooked to a crunch in a red sauce. Okay, so this is a floating kitchen, meaning there is no store front or place to really eat. They mainly take to go and Uber Eats delivery orders. That said, the lovely woman who popped her head out was willing to take my order and my tacos + yucca fries were ready in 10 mins.

I had a fish, chicken and cauliflower taco combo. The cauliflower taco was THE BEST - super flavorful and the shell is heated with crispy cheese on one layer. The yucca fries were so fluffy and crispy on the outside. Only fault was they didn’t include the sauce!

Got a meal from Uber Eats and it is easily among our favorite meals this, our first trip to Puerto Rico. The photos might not reveal the (serious) complexity of the dishes. We got guacamole, tostadas (cauliflower), trio of tacos and the short rib quesadilla. Finely chopped vegetables mixed with the proteins perfectly.
