Living in Texas has its perks, one of the greatest being that our BBQ is some of the best in the world. THIS PLACE IS UP THERE WITH THE BEST! This might sound like blasphemy but I'll put it up there with Terry Black's. It's that good! Do your self a favor and try their cornbread tostada! It is loaded with pulled BBQ pork and coleslaw, all over freshly toasted slices of cornbread! DELICIOUS! 🤤 And don't even get me started on their Cubano! I couldn't get enough of their pork! My only regret... Not finding them earlier in the trip. I would of eaten here more than once! Will definitely be back if I ever get back to this beautiful island.

The food was fresh and tasted okay. Willow had powdered sugar all over her fried chicken and was not happy with it. I decided to mix and match the sliders. I got the california guacamole and cream cheese, the PBJ slider, and one with pork. The beef patties were chunky, and the mix of sweet and savory was interesting. My first time at this food truck and my experience was pretty good. I really liked the Mix n' Match Sliders, especially the Drip Jam and BBQ Bacon, but the Bluecheese and Muchroom did not have the strong flavor of blue cheese.

The Mac and Cheese with fried chicken was good but didn't blow my mind.
