Visited this restaurant twice during our visit to Puerto Rico. Lovely drinks, and food options for all. The server were friendly and very helpful with menu suggestion and accommodating with customizing vegetarian meals for us. The first time we got an order of elote and quesadilla. Both were extremely good however the quesadilla was a little spicy and we had to scoop out the jalapenos. The second time, we ordered the same plus an additional order of nachos. We didn't realize until the food arrived that both the nachos and quesadilla had plantains and this time we had to dig and leave out the plantains. But again, no complaints. The overall vibe and food satisfied our souls so we would definitely be back wherever we are in PR.

A great Mexican restaurant on the main road. The bloody Maria and classic margaritas were flavorful and the beers were extra ice cold. We shared the chicken and steak fajitas that were fresh with warm tortillas. The salad plate was ok with bagged guac and beans. Definitely needs lettuce and Pico de Gallo to make better taste and presentation. We were stuffed from all the delicious food but decided to try the churros and ice cream. Glad we did. A+++ warm churros and perfect ice cream. Server and manger were attentive and friendly.Thank you. We'll be back soon!

It was my first time at this restaurant and unfortunately I had a really bad experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go because of their lack of excellent customer service. This is what happened: I am vegetarian and ordered vegetarian enchiladas (they come with amarillos and mushrooms) However, to my surprise when I start eating them I noticed that there were too many black olives which I dislike. I asked the waiter, he went to the kitchen and asked what happened. Apparently, the kitchen didn't tell him in advance that they didn't have mushrooms. The waiter said that it wasn't his fault but the kitchen's fault because they didn't tell him that there weren't mushrooms. 1. If that is true, the kitchen should have said "hey, we don't have mushrooms, is there anything else we could do for the client? instead they automatically put black olives. 2. Very important, the waiter, workers, nobody came to the table to apologize for the inconvenience. The waiter got an attitude and automatically covered himself instead of apologizing. Started talking really fast about my options and that's it. No apology, nothing.... pretty bad customer service. I will never go and will not recommend the place. Definitely a...

My friend and I are 1 month frequents there. My experience of the service in Tuesday 17 of September 2024 was below average tho. The guy who attended us had a beanie and he started by asking us for drinks, appetizers then food which is the highest point of the service given. After that it was different and simply not up to par to what a server does.

He didn’t asked us if everything was ok or if we needed something, nor made any attempts at basic server communication.

When food arrived our margaritas were empty. We tried asking the server for water but again he wasn’t giving us attention or at the very least basic communication. He saw us at some point and simply walked away, I found that he was eating but at the very least he could have told us.

The only time he came voluntarily is when we signaled another server for our check, and we asked for two bags he brought us one for three meals.

To the server’s credit it was starting to get full when he brought our meals but that doesn’t excuse the lack of communication expected from a server. We ended up tipping 5$ dollars, very kind of us considering how below average was the service. We’re not coming back until service...

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY REVIEWS! I am in PR on vacation with my service animal and I read good reviews so I decided to try this place ...BIG MISTAKE! First of all the place was EMPTY. Literally one couple there. They tried to give me a hard time about my service animal, he asked me what service my dog was trained to perform and when I answered he (Emwil) asked "So what, you have epilepsy or something?" Totally unacceptable and embarrassing and I will be filing a complaint with ADA. I was then approved for seating. Margaritas were tasty but weak. I ordered the duck quesadilla and it did not taste right. I was starving but could not eat it.. I spoke to Emwil again, he talked to the chef and told me he tasted the meat, it was fine, and since it was a matter of personal opinion he could not so anything and I would still have to pay for the meal. I then sat for another 10 minutes after that exchange...remember it's EMPTY...with no service. This place is SMALL so for them to not at the very least provide good customer service is beyond me. Worst experience on my vacation, much better places to experience here in San Juan. If I could give zero...
