Fuji Sushi and Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in San Juan

You know you love a place when you find yourself wanting to go back again. General walkthrough of my experience, you start off walking in to the view of amazing decors in the restaurant. The waitress who helped me was extremely helpful and considerate. She answered all my questions and went beyond for me. I wish servers from other places can learn from her ❤️. I find it fascinating she spoke English, Chinese AND Spanish. Hats to her! To top it off, the food was fantastic. Now I'm not sure about other fellow Asians out there, but when you visit a foreign country, sometimes you miss your own cuisine. This restaurant is as authentic as it gets in PR! I am a person of Spicy Food, that is my realm. For spicy, I personally love the Volcano Roll, Spicy Girl Roll, Black Moon Roll, Double Spicy Roll and the Mongolian Chicken Dish. For nonspicy, I love the Super Crazy Roll and the Ocean Roll. Highly recommend this restaurant ❤️, definitely bringing my friends here the next time...

I was unsure when I walked passed Fuji Sushi but gave it a try. When I walked in, there this female who greeted me and recommended me amazing choices. When you walk in, you'll see this beautiful aesthetic look especially the wallpapers, sushi and wine counter! I had the Volcano Roll and Dynamite Roll. Usually in some places they use non fresh fish but every bite I took, it tasted fresh and melted in my mouth!!!! The crispness of the dynamite roll was on point!! I couldn't have enough of the sushi. I would highly recommend to locals and tourists to try this...

Came in and asked if they had wifi because I was going to watch a game on my phone, the main woman who seems to be running things said yes. She pointed to a table and I asked if I could sit at another table because I didn't want to be next to a large group. There were plenty of free tables left. She kept pointing to her table. Very odd interaction. I finally sat down at the table of my choice. I then proceeded to be ignored and not have anyone take my order for 15 minutes. When I finally intercepted a waiter by standing up and chasing him down, I found out they had no actual wifi. I spoke in Spanish. They literally didn't care to figure out what I was saying, and just said si si. The woman doesn't speak...
