Playa del Pueblo — Attraction in San Juan

I ran down the sand from Isla Verse Beach West. Took my life in my hands crossing in front of a couple of boulder strewn cropping as the surf crashed into me. When I eventually came out the other side, I found myself in a sparsely populated, pristine beach bordering the usual clean, inviting Puerto Rican surf. Nice beach, good for a nice long walk and very accessible to santurce area. No showers that we saw but a number of streets give public access directly. People walking dogs and walk looks like a volleyball clinic nearby. Sandy bottom but still a bit steep so the waves...

Amazing beach! Water is clear, send is white and soft. there could be waves and wind. Plenty of palm trees to hide in the natural shade. The only things to watch out are kitesurfers, they seem to know what they are doing but still a bit scary when they move...
