Tijuana's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in San Juan

We spent exactly two and a half hours waiting for a table then after an hour waiting, at a table waiting for somebody to actually attend to us, went to the bar ourselves to get drinks while waiting for the waitress, had some guacamole, and then after waiting about an hour for one freaking for a quesadilla we ask for the bill and left because we were just exhausted and hungry. We told the MANAGER that and all he asked was if we wanted our quesadilla, not a sorry, nothing. They. just don't care and the service is horrible. The food at best is mediocre. The bartender was incredible though. She was very attractive but also busy. Waitresses, while being noted as low on staff we walking around without hurry, messing around and socializing. If I could leave no stars I would. We were visiting from the states and came to see the mall of San Juan. We were not greeted when we arrived and the lady that sat us was rude and stand-offish. Took forever to get seated. I tried to ask The waitress with the redish orange hair a question and before I could she looked at me with a look of why are you talking to me. I just walked off. The food was DISGUSTING! Rice was stale and dry and we had food poisoning from our dishes. Our waiter also spilled ice in my plate and reached in to get it himself … talk about unsanitary! Worst Tijuanas so far. The music was too loud and worst service. They even charged way over the amount to my credit card. I called to report it, they told me the manager would call back to handle it and he/she never did. After I had to call, again, they did not offer any convenient way to handle the situation other than me wasting more time due to their mistake. I had to go there since they told me they were going to give the money back on cash. Once I'm there they said that they had to perform an investigation meaning that I wasted my time since they did not needed me there for that and they did not returned the money that day. Don't go...
